How do students access a test?
The teacher or institution shares a 6-letter code. Students enter that code at Enter code and complete the assessment in the browser, without needing to create an account.

For teachers, educational psychologists, school counselors, academic coordinators, and institutions seeking accessible psychometric assessments with clear reports and workflows designed for the classroom.
Are reports useful for parent meetings or tutoring?

Can I export results?
Yes. You can download reports as PDF for academic records, institutional follow-up, or educational counseling documentation. See Export PDF.
Do students need to create an account?
No. Students only need the 6-letter code from their teacher. Account creation is for teachers and institution staff who manage assessments.
How do I join an institution?
An administrator sends you an email invitation from My institution. Open the link, create or confirm your password, and accept to join. Until then you appear as Pending. See Invite users.
Who can see My institution?
Only accounts with the administrator role. From there they can filter members, invite users, resend invitations, suspend, reactivate, or remove people. See Manage users.
How do I recover my password?
On Log in, select Forgot your password?, enter your email, and follow the link we send. See Password and security.
Are the assessments clinical diagnoses?
No. CogniaLab reports are pedagogical tools to understand learning styles and cognitive strengths. They do not replace professional psychological or clinical evaluations.
What if the code doesn't work?
- Verify it is exactly 6 letters (no numbers or spaces).
- Check uppercase and lowercase — usually either works.
- Ask your teacher for a new code if the problem persists.
How do I change the platform language?
From My profile, select Español or English and save. See Profile and language.
