Getting started for students

If your teacher or institution shared a code with you, follow these steps to complete the assessment.

What you need​

  • A 6-letter code from your teacher (for example, ABCDEF).
  • A web browser on phone, tablet, or computer.
  • You do not need to create an account or install any app.

Steps to complete the test​

  1. Open Enter code on CogniaLab.
  2. Enter the 6-letter code you were given.
  3. Read your teacher's welcome message, if one appears.
  4. Answer all questions calmly — there are no right or wrong answers.
  5. Submit your responses when finished.

The assessment measures learning preferences and strengths according to the multiple intelligences model. Answer honestly based on how you feel most comfortable learning.

What happens next?​

Your teacher or counselor will receive your psychometric profile in their dashboard. They can explain the results in tutoring or share them with your family if appropriate.

Code problems?​

  • Verify it is exactly 6 letters (no numbers or spaces).
  • If the code doesn't work, ask your teacher for a new one.
