Create a test
From New test in your dashboard you can configure a psychometric assessment for your school group.
Requirements
- Have a teacher or institution account on CogniaLab.
- Be logged in to the platform.
Steps
1. Open the new test form
Go to New test from the navigation menu or main dashboard.
2. Choose the instrument
Select Multiple intelligences (Gardner) — the currently available instrument. It assesses 8 cognitive dimensions according to Howard Gardner's model.

3. Set the target age
Choose your group's developmental level:
- Elementary — Questions adapted for early school ages.
- Secondary — Wording for adolescents.
- Higher education — Language for university students.
Target age adjusts question language and context so they are understandable for your students.
4. Write a welcome message (optional)
You can customize a message students see when entering with the code. Use it to:
- Greet the group
- Explain the purpose of the assessment
- Give specific instructions for your classroom
5. Save and get the code
When saved, CogniaLab generates a unique 6-letter access code for your test. Save it and share it with your group.
