Share the access code

Each test has a 6-letter code that lets students access it without creating an account.

Where to find the code

1. Log in to CogniaLab.
2. Go to My tests in the dashboard.
3. Select the test — the code appears in the detail view (for example, ABCDEF).
4. You can also open the test's Share page for the code and distribution options.

How to share with your group

In the classroom

• Write it on the board or project it.
• Dictate the code letter by letter to avoid confusion.
• Tell them to go to Enter code on CogniaLab.

By message

• Send the code via WhatsApp, email, or school platform.
• Include the direct link: /test on CogniaLab.
• Remember it is 6 letters, no numbers or spaces.

At institutional events

• Print sheets with the code and a QR link if you generate one externally.
• Assign a lead per group to verify everyone entered correctly.

What students see
